1:1 EXERCISE FORM & TECHNIQUE EVALUATION

When there’s improper form present, it limits correct muscular engagement, drastically minimizing changes in muscular growth and fat loss. Additionally, it’s oftentimes the cause of pain or injury. In this session we dive deep on form and technique for your 5 most important movement patterns: Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Bench Press, Rowing/Pulldowns. I will watch you execute each movement, assess your form and take notes, consider any limitations you might be experiencing, and give real time fixes and adjustments until we significantly improve each movement. Great for anyone wanting to build a strong foundation, take their training to the next level or alleviate pain derived from exercise.

EVALUATION OVERWIEW:

  • Exercise Evaluation of 5 primary lifts or any lifts you’d like

PROGRAM DESIGN

Independent Program Design is for clients who would like a more independent experience of my coaching and are ready to take their training to the next level. This offering is for someone who has access to strength training equipment and committed to consistently showing up on their own without any guidance.

Personalized Program Design is for clients who would like programming made to fit their specific goals, needs and possible limitations. We start with a 30 min consultation + 120 min assessment so I can develop a workout plan based on your unique strength goals, experience level, and injuries/limitations. I check in weekly via email, plus we meet once a month for 30 min 1:1 sessions to discuss progress and answer questions. This offering is for someone who has access to exercise equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands, at minimum, and is committed to consistently showing up on their own but with added support from me.

  • Begins with a posture & movement assessment 120+ minutes, we’ll discuss your intake form and set strength goals, as well as assess your posture and movement mechanics. Learn more about assessments here

  • Paid by macrocycle 12 weeks of programming (16 week cycles if more time in each program is needed- same price)

  • 2-5 workouts for every 3-4 week cycle

  • Workout Calendar to plan daily activity

Once a week we meet via zoom for 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions to discuss progress and answer questions. Your workouts are done on your own, although, I can be reached with any questions via email outside of our 1:1 calls.

This offering is program design with extra coaching guidance. We start with a 30 min consultation + 120 min assessment so I can develop a workout plan based on your unique strength goals, experience level, and injuries/limitations. At the start of each cycle we meet via zoom (or in-person) for a 1:1 coaching session where I will guide you through the workouts of that cycle. The 1:1 sessions are recorded so that you may refer back to them while you continue the program. The rest of your cycle is done on your own, but we will meet weekly via zoom for 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions to discuss progress and answer questions.

FAQs

 

Do I need equipment for program design?

Having equipment is not necessary but in order to really see and feel the benefits of my program design, having some type of resistance is ideal. That can be resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, Swiss balls, bosu’s etc.

Do you do in person assessments?

I sure do! This is my bread and butter, baby! I do assessments out of an amazing facility called DIAKADI, in SoMa, San Francisco.

What is the payment structure for program design?

Clients pay by macrocycle. A macrocycle entails 3-4 programs with each program lasting 3-4 weeks totalling to 12-16 week long cycles.

How often will you check in with me?

I check in with you 6-8 times throughout a macro cycle, with extra communication each time you start a new program (every 3-4 weeks).

Do I have to pay by macrocycle?

Ideally, yes, because it helps create more consistency. If you want to test drive program design, I allow one month of program design before committing to a macrocycle.

What happens when the macrocycle ends?

We can schedule an assessment to map your progress and develop new strength goals.
