There is no good or bad posture, there is only posture that is a result of your life, your experiences and your environment. Discovering postural imbalances helps me understand where your pain emanates from and how we can minimize or remove it through improved spinal position and joint function.
The Posture Program is unique to each client and designed to help you realign so that you can build true strength. The program involves a series of stretches and mobilizations you can easily do twice a day. This program is beneficial for everybody and can be done on its own or in tandem with my coaching offerings.
I work with clients to help them gain confidence and resilience through movement and a better understanding of the incredible capabilities their bodies have. As a coach, I emphasize the importance of quality movement for pain relief, improved movement mechanics and emotional wellbeing.
I am extremely thorough and the specificity in my programming is nothing like you’ve ever experienced. Why? Because we train, we don't work out randomly. Random workouts yield random results, and we don't have time for that! This purposeful training is how you will see change, it’s how you will reach the next level and it's how you reveal the athlete in you.

Program design is an opportunity to work with me if you prefer to train on your own. These offerings are for individuals who have a strong drive and discipline to train on their own, with guidance, and can be made for any skill level and training age.
I tailor programs to each client’s goals and intentions with thorough and thoughtful programming. Each custom program takes into account everything from reps and sets to tempo and time under tension that all compliment one another from phase to phase. Each phase is designed to meet the intensity percentage we need for your goal and undulate perfectly so you don’t burn out or get bored.
